To develop and acquire new coal mines and apply modern technology to the mining and processing of coal and other carbonaceous materials to provide ever cleaner and more efficient sources of energy to the transportation, steel manufacturing and power generation markets for the benefit of our shareholders, employees, customers and the communities in which we operate.

Ambre Energy’s strategy is to:

––  Secure reliable, continuous, cost-effective sources of coal

––  Develop domestic and international markets for the company’s coal

––  Develop efficient, low cost technologies for the production of liquid fuels, clean power and upgraded coal products from raw coal and other carbonaceous materials

––  Apply our technologies to convert lower grade coals with limited market opportunities into higher grade coals and liquid fuels with enhanced market appeal and value.
