Our commitment

Ambre Energy believes that stakeholder input is critical to the success of its projects and activities, and that outcomes should be valued by the community.

To deliver ambreCTL, we will work collaboratively with government, industry, business and community stakeholders. We will provide timely access to information on ambreCTL and the decision-making processes, and adequate opportunity to participate in consultation activities – through the EIS process and beyond.

During October 2010, several hundred people attended community information sessions held in communities directly impacted by or surrounding ambreCTL. At these sessions, short presentations were given and specialist project staff then answered questions.

Ambre Energy undertook to make a written record of the sessions held in Felton, Clifton, Pittsworth and Toowoomba available publicly.

These meeting notes are not complete minutes, the sessions were not audio or video recorded. They include some summarising and aim to provide a fair representation of the questions asked and answers given.

Ambre Energy will strive to ensure our community contact reflects utmost consideration and respect for community and landholder needs. The way we conduct our business will reflect our core values of ethics, integrity, openness and honesty.
